Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only, including APO/FPO addresses where the carrier allows. CreamGlide contains a rechargeable lithium-ion battery, so we'll add international destinations only once we can ship them safely and legally.

Shipping costs

• Free standard shipping on orders of $39.00 or more, which includes every scoop order.
• Accessory-only orders under $39.00 ship for a flat $5.99.

Processing and delivery times

Ships in 1–3 business days · US delivery in 5–8 business days. You'll get a confirmation email when you order, and a tracking link as soon as your parcel ships. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by carrier delays, weather and holidays.

Shipping protection

Shipping protection is included free with the Scoop & Serve Set and the Gift Pack, and is available for $1.99 on single-scoop orders. If a protected parcel is lost, stolen or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll send a replacement at no cost.

Without shipping protection, we'll still help with any lost parcel and file a claim with the carrier for you.

Email info@creamglide.com as soon as possible. We can usually update the address if the order hasn't shipped yet.
