These terms apply to your use of creamglide.com and purchases from CreamGlide by Interlitus, MB. By placing an order you agree to them.

Products and pricing

We work hard to describe products accurately. Product images are illustrative, and colors may vary slightly by screen. Prices are in US dollars and may change, but the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. If an item was clearly mispriced, we'll contact you before shipping and you can cancel for a full refund.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it. We may refuse or cancel orders, for example if an item is unavailable or we suspect fraud, and will refund any payment taken.

Safe use

CreamGlide is a heated household kitchen appliance. Follow the use and care guide: the bowl becomes warm, so keep fingers away from heated metal; don't immerse the handle or put it in a dishwasher; keep the charge port dry; don't use it while charging; let very hard ice cream soften and don't pry; and keep it away from children.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

All content on this site, including text, images and the CreamGlide name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reused without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
